Open House #3: Learn about the Proposed C-3 Zoning Amendments

As a result of the adoption of the Central Heber Vision, amendments to the C-3 Zone were suggested.

Summary of proposed amendments:

• Permit hotels and prohibit chain stores
• Eliminate some parking requirements
• Require enhanced historical architectural design for new buildings

The City of Heber cordially invites you to an Open House to learn more about the proposed changes on Wednesday, the 11th day of October 2023 at the Heber City Corporation building, 2nd floor in the Council Chambers located at 75 North Main St., beginning at 5:00 p.m., and will conclude at 7:00 pm., where refreshments will be provided.

Additionally, the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for the proposed amendments on the 24th of October 2023 at 6:00 pm, upstairs in the Heber City Council Chambers at 6:00 pm.
